The Upland Public Library Board of Trustees is a seven member board appointed to their positions to guide the development of library services and budgets. Effective trustees bring to the Board a knowledge of the community, a commitment to the rights of citizens to information, and a willingness to continually maintain and strengthen library services.

Allison Gill (2nd term expires June 30, 2025) 

Shawn Denny (2nd term expires March 2, 2028)

Mel Barrett (1st term expires February 1, 2029)
