The Upland Public Library Board of Trustees is a seven member board appointed by various elected boards in the county. They are appointed to their positions to guide the development of library services and budgets. Effective trustees bring to the Board a knowledge of the community, a commitment to the rights of citizens to information, and a willingness to continually maintain and strengthen library services.
